On 25th October Scotland’s largest wedding exhibition, The Scottish Wedding Show, will take place as a one-day virtual event…
Usually held at the SEC in Glasgow, the show will be an online event this year, with a jam-packed programme.
The virtual edition of The Scottish Wedding Show will feature 50 of the UK’s top wedding suppliers via virtual exhibition booths. From bridal gowns and stationery, to photographers, videographers and venues, couples will be able to interact with exhibitors in real time to plan their perfect day.
There will also be a programme of webinars this year for the first time, with wedding specialist and former Scottish Wedding editor, Natasha Radmerhr, to discuss upcoming trends and give her expert advice for wedding planning. They will cover budgeting, honeymoon destinations, dress shopping and wedding décor. Plus, Natasha will host a session on ‘how to COVID-proof your wedding’, which will be super helpful right now!
Greg Cherry, Managing Director at QD Events, said:
We’re extremely excited to take our October showcase online and allow our visitors to continue their wedding planning.
Visitors will be able immerse themselves in all the things they love about The Scottish Wedding Show as part of our virtual event, such as jumping from booth to booth talking to our amazing exhibitors and receiving tips and advice from our experts.
This year has been very difficult for couples planning their weddings, with many sadly having to postpone or cancel their big days. We hope that with the expertise of our exhibitors, we can bring some excitement back to their lives and help them plan for their dream wedding in these challenging times.
