Whoa that’s some impressive wedmin skills – you’re managing to stay cool as a cucumber, we salute you! Maybe a career in wedding planning awaits you…
You’re pretty good at not letting things get too much but inevitably every now and then things feel a bit overwhelming. Be aware of your feelings and listen to your body – if you start to feel rundown as the big day gets closer, know that it’s okay to take some time out and unwind.
Step away from the wedmin! It sounds like you’re experiencing a bit of bridal burnout from all the planning and organising – and no wonder, it’s a huge thing. Take a week off, spend time with friends and family (wedding talk is banned!), get out into nature, head to a yoga class, get some rest. Remember, the most important thing is that you’re happy and healthy on the big day – nothing else matters.
