We’ve fallen in love with this Swan Lake inspired shoot, boasting a luxurious scheme of feathers, pearls, gold and of course ballet…
Based on the famous Tchaikovsky ballet, Swan Lake, this stunning photoshoot if full of inspiration for a decadent wedding scheme. Set in a beautiful venue adorned with French designer antiques from the 17th to 19th century, the images reflect the ballet’s history as well as the themes of love, sacrifice and romance.
The model for this ‘Eternal Love’ shoot is a professionally trained ballerina, wearing a number of feathered gowns by Alin Le’ Kal – a hot trend this season. Each gown celebrates a different persona, from an elegant and sophisticated silk gown with feathered top, a dark and bold feathered short dress, to the final white lavish feathered ball gown that is grand enough to fill an entire room.
Sephory Photography captured the theme and movement beautifully, and we simply adore the luxurious themes of feathers, pearls and gold. The feather theme was continued from the dresses, to the makeup look and even the cakes and desserts, which were tempered white chocolate resembling feathers and brushes of lustrous gold. The wow-worthy floral arrangements featured ever-trending pampas grass, giving a feathery feel, while the stationery boasted grey feathered designs on modern clear acrylic. Stunning!
