From the stunning collection by Mulberry Cottages, the Lydhurst Estate is a breathtaking destination for a special getaway. Located in West Sussex, the estate offers breathtaking views across the South Downs, as well as more formal parkland, lakes and gardens surrounding the estate . The minute you arrive at Lydhurst you will feel a sense of calm and relaxation, it’s the perfect environment to reconnect with Nature and enjoy time with your loved ones away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Many of the buildings on the estate have already been lovingly renovated offering luxurious accommodation for those lucky enough to visit. Current accommodation consists of two cottages ( 1 Stonedelph, sleeps 2-4 and 2 Stonedelph, sleeps 4-6 ) along with the Farmhouse, which can sleep up to 8 people. And, coming soon, the Mission House will be available from October 2018.
Located within easy reach of Gatwick airport it’s an ideal spot for a romantic minimoon before a longer honeymoon abroad, a truly wonderful place to celebrate the start of married life together! Guests have the option to take over both cottages as they are located across the road from one another, perfect for larger families with grown up kids! All of the accommodation is beautifully designed and furnished to an incredibly high spec finish. Each cottage has a generous outside space ideal for BBQ’s in addition to Cots, highchairs and extra bedding for those travelling with young children.
The estate boasts a wooded bridal path offering incredible walks surrounding the estate. If guests venture out early enough they are likely to chance upon all manor of woodland creatures such as deers, squirrels and rabbits. There is also a tennis court for those looking for a little more exertion. For foodies there is the Half Moon pub only five minutes walk from Lydhurst, its renowned for its incredible food and well worth a visit. The perfect location for newly weds or wedding guests to unwind and relax.
