With RAW & Vegan diets being more popular than ever, Goose & Berry are set to be the first UK caterers to offer their clients tasty RAW & Vegan wedding menus for 2017. The tasty new dishes will be available from January, offering fresh, healthy and vibrant dishes.
Hannah Martin, founder of Goose & Berry says “ With veganism rising 360% in the last 10 years, more and more of our clients are choosing to lead a ‘health and environmentally conscious’ lifestyle. It’s a common misconception that natural foods are boring or bland so we want to prove that really isn’t the case. Using seasonal, fresh and healthy alternatives, raw and vegan dishes can be full of colour and bursting with flavour. We want to take these dishes and turn them into fine dining choices for our private and wedding clients, creating raw magic on a plate!”
